3. Booking and Payment

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2. A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

3.3. Full payment is required before the commencement of any service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.4. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3.5. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel any arrangements and retain any deposits paid.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellations made by the client must be communicated in writing.

4.2. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Some services may be non-refundable.

4.3. We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information and any necessary documentation required for bookings and services.

5.2. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your travel plans or personal information.

5.3. You agree to behave in a manner that does not cause harm or disruption to our staff, service providers, or other clients.

6. Liability

6.1. SK Premium Global is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising out of your use of our services unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6.2. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers or partners.

6.3. Any claims for compensation must be made within 30 days of the service provided.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided by you will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
